grape arbor

This grape arbor is on the grounds of St. Francis Seminary/ Sisters of St. Francis convent. In the summer, vines grow up the sides & over the top of the walkway, making it beautifully enclosed. The sisters actually harvest the grapes, & hold a "wine & dine" fundraiser every year where the wine can be tasted/purchased. I've always been drawn to the shape & texture of the structure, which was built in 1912.
