Ewe, Plus Two!

Driving down to our little "local" village today, I passed by a farm. Farm? Well, not quite. Not really. This supposed farm is actually a ski hill. As I drove past, I saw horses, geese, and lots of sheep. Interesting. Made me wonder if it is still used as a ski hill as it was a private club.

Well, anyway, I saw a ewe munching contentedly as her two tiny lambs rested in the sun. I just had to stop! Of course as soon as the lambs saw me, they hopped up on tiny wobbly legs and romped over to their mother. She kept eating and they stood by and watched me with great suspicion! Unfortunately, I dared not get too close as posted signs hailed me all over the fence!

The messy looking "whatchamacallit" on the left in the photo is actually part of the ski lift.
