It's Rather Pathetic, Really...

The poor trees are bowing under the weight of ridiculously wet, heavy snow. The little birds land tentatively on branches, then shift their weight and spread their wings as they feel that they are indeed sitting on top of snow and notproperly on the branch. We will not even discuss the flowers. Although snow in April isn't unheard of, I am not so sure we have had a Nor'easter of this magnitude in recent years!

Oh, the agony.....

And just for reference, that wee Chickadee is sitting on a Maple tree branch some twenty feet in the air, and not in a bush!!!
