My sister and brother-in-law arrived back to Edinburgh Airport from Italy at about 2am this morning. Their flight was delayed by 4 hours. Good to have them home. We were all feeling rather sleep deprived today but nevertheless after brunch my sister and I hit the Peebles shops. I treated myself (early birthday pressie) to a new pair of sandals at the Rogerson’s sale. Relaxed/snoozed in the afternoon watching Wimbledon. Chinese takeaway with son no 1 and 3 tonight to celebrate our unexpected (but very welcome) recent refunds from the tax man.
