Poor roo

On my walk this morning I had a sad encounter with this dead kangaroo. He was lying on the grass verge adjacent to the golf course. My guess is he hopped across the golf course, over the fence and onto the road and has been hit by a car. One of his hind legs was damaged. It could have happened at night because they get dazzled by headlights.
