Walk by the river

We went for a walk by the river today. It was high tide so the rive was close in, so it wasn't a long walk to get your feet wet. It was warm and mild, but rather hazy and most of my pictures were rather flat and dull.

The wind surfer was one of only a handful of people out on the water, I think it was a bit still so probably not that much fun. My mother-in-law's dog didn't care one hoot, he was looking for things to chase in his own little world. He like the beach here along the river, as it's quite complex and interesting for him to sniff for things.
