Been a hard couple of days working with a sore back! I’m ok when mobile but when I sit down I seize up when trying to stand up. Not great preparation for holidays.

Hopefully it goes away soon as we have kayaking on Sunday!

Got through what I could at work. Out of office now on, grass is cut and we’ll get packed tomorrow morning.

MrsT joined me on this evenings dog walk whilst L was at gymnastics. She was at the shops today with her new friends. Lovely to see her having fun.
