Old Age

Our neighbours are on holiday so I said I’d put their bin out this week. Once emptied, I stupidly tried to lift it back into place instead of using the wheels and ‘pop’ goes my back.

Aargh!!

Been on painkillers all day. It’s ok when I am moving but as soon as I sit down it’s agony and goes into spasm.

You’d think that’d make me miss badminton tonight……nooooo!

I turned up and played. I wasn’t my usual mobile self but we had good doubles games.

L was out at the park with some new friends she met on the new high school group chat. She seems happy which is lovely to see as too many little witches from her old school.

She’s now in a call to one talking about going to the shops tomorrow. She’ll have shares in New Look soon.
