Wall to wall sunshine for trip out to Snape Maltings where it was briefly hard not to want to throw out everything in my house and start again by buying almost everything in the shop!
Lunch in the concert hall cafe overlooking the Suffolk marshes , followed by a gentle ramble along the shore line round to Iken Church , the bruised swollen toe is very slowly improving , it’s a fine mix of colours and discomfort .
Back to Thorpeness via Aldeburgh for local sausages and Prosecco and raspberries .
