New toys

Rob saw this little battery chainsaw being used by his friend Mike who works on the Nature Reserves. He was really impressed by it and so when we were offered a large supply of pallets for kindling and other uses, he felt it was a necessary acquisition!
I had a little go with it and it’s great, not heavy and very powerful for its size. The battery lasts for about 30 minutes of light use and it whips through pallet wood and small branches. I will have to watch out or cutting the firewood might become my job!
