Nerano

Arrived in Nerano after a 1 hour trip over the mountains and found our apartment has a wonderful view over Nerano Bay. After a rest on the sunbeds S and I walked down to the bay - a steep 18 minute walk on the way down and a 25 minute challenge on the return journey. While at the bay we booked dinner on Wednesday at Ristorante Lo Scoglio which featured in Stanley Gucci’s series about food in Italy. In the evening today we went to a somewhat strange place a short walk from the apartment where the host basically told us off for using Booking.com and picking an area to visit on the basis of limited information. I suspect he was finding business tough and wanted to blame others. The meal was OK but the lunch we made ourselves earlier was better.
