New Monkey

This morning Archie and I went to see if the wee toy from yesterday was still there - ie nobody wanted it… and it was! So we brought it home. He spent quite a while trying to dismember it. And the wee thing had quite a startled look on its face. Yes, I think it’s a chameleon, but it also looks like Kermit. But it will be called ‘Monkey’ as are all his toys (long story…)

In the afternoon Archie went to the vet for his 6 month check up and a jag for something. JR walked there (and back) with him. I set off with them, but soon gave up and returned to watch the tennis. Well done Emma! Now watching Andy’s game. It’s great to have the tennis back. 

I love Wimbledon - reminds me of the end of term and the long summer holidays stretching ahead. Which makes me wonder why I planned a road trip (NC500) for next week, the second week of Wimbledon…
