Epic biopic

Sunday Saturday papers, Sunday morning TV, exercises. Alice from up the road popped in. JR took Archie out when she came home from the gym. And I took him out before we left him with his bone in the afternoon.

It was windy today, and none too promising weather-wise. I checked the cinemas - yes! ELVIS was on at the £5 Sunday session at the Filmhouse. Perfect.

And despite it being 2 hours 39 minutes - I never once thought ‘Gosh, this is bloomin’ looong.’ It was brilliant! And the actor (Austin Butler) who plays Elvis was awesome. Such a tragic story, really.

Archie was quite tempted to take this wee fella home, but I told him he had enough toys, and perhaps the child who owns it would come looking for it. If it’s still there tomorrow, then maybe…
