Beach Bar

Along the sea front there is a mile or so of these beach bars. We have our favourites which fortunately are close to the hotel. We do visit others as well, After breakfast at the bar we walked to Scheveningen harbour where we have booked lunch at a fish restaurant.

The weather changed while we were having lunch. The sky clouded over and it became quite cool. The restaurant closed the sides of the outdoor seating area and closed the roof. Something of a relief. We noticed several people had opted to eat inside.

This was the first coolish weather we had since our arrival. Fortunately it did not last long and the afternoon was warm and sunny again.

In the evening we had our only disappointing meal here at an Italian restaurant in the piazza in front of the hotel.

Another nice sunset, though with some cloud in the sky.
