Hazlehead Park

The forecast for the afternoon includes the possibility of rain so I thought I better head out early. Warm and sunny with scattered clouds. Hard to believe it will be raining later. Time will tell. It was very warm this morning and I was a little overdressed.

The park itself is not quite the feast of colour it was a couple of weeks ago, but still looking good. The azaleas are at the end of their season. The roses are not out yet, apart from a couple of scouts. Maybe another couple of weeks will see them come into flower. The gardeners were busy in various areas.
