Rocket.

Not too bad a day after a rather horrid night. Things are improving but the area where the pulled muscle is is still nasty.  I was hoping to go to Morrisons and M&S tomorrow but have decided it's too much.  Maybe I'll make it to M&S.  I have a dental appointment on Tuesday which I am anxious to keep if at all possible.  As a result I have hardly moved from the sofa today.  The sun has been shining and I went out to photograph  in the garden briefly but that was it.
