Well yesterday wasn’t too bad but today has been horrid and strangely so.  The pain from the pulled muscle side of my back has been very slight but the other side of my back which was OK has decided that it’s its turn for pain.  No chance of going to M&S.  I placed an order with Sainsburys which is coming tomorrow and went to the Pillars.  Andy cleaned the car and stayed for coffee, none of which helped the pain although it distracted me and I was lying on the sofa with a heat pad all afternoon . Now, I’m lying there with a cold pad having taken a quick blip of the climbing rose in the crab apple tree.  I shall have to decide tomorrow whether to cancel my dental appointment on Tuesday.  Things are not looking good.
