Sshh! I'm waiting for Afternoon Tea.
Through the window, our Garden Robin. I'm longing to get him in the classic pose - standing on the handle of the garden fork, with a worm in his beak.
Shooting through the window softens the focus. Or maybe, on manual focus, my eyesight is not good enough these days, to get it crisp. This particular shoot I also got a lovely male Siskin, but the colours were not quite as vibrant as they should have been. I particularly love the Tree Sparrows at our Feeder, and the Bluetits are certainly vibrant in breeding colours. Plenty to spend my time on, at that window.
Going back to the above Robin, I couldn't work out how to use Aperture 3 to get the Robin himself to be more vibrant. Work to do!
