I only took one blip today and this is it.
I looked across Lister Square before meeting up with Daughter #2. She has been isolating with Covid. But tested - ve for the first time today.

I described my painful foot symptoms to her and she diagnosed metatarsalgia which actually sounds spot on but doesn’t sound that easy to fix. Probably RICE is the best option but that definitely impedes much activity which in turn reflects badly my ability to blip.

Please excuse me as I go to retrieve the bag of frozen peas from the freezer. By the time they have outgrown their usefulness on the icing front, they will be totally inedible.
