Misty and boots

Pushing eith rain do slept in car rather than a walk in and bivy.

Up early and strolled through the woodland with old oaks.

The barkung deer were interested in me as I headed to the first hill. No views as the rolling mist came over. Dropped down to the col the hillside was silent and devoid of life sadly. A steep climb to meet blackface sheep at ghe cairn.

Navigated through tge crags to the track. Was planning on a third hill but thought better to head east to do that so headed out.

First human net and good chat as shevwaljed her dog. An Edinburgh lass with links to were I was brought up.

Headed east, eat food. Headed though a woodland. Got disorientated but got back on track. A wet hillside with lots of grass. A silent summit with an impressive backdrop well what I coukd see of it as cloud level around 800m.

Headed south to stay with eco son.
