Mystery

I was intrigued to see that renovations have been started on this flat; pretty dramatic-looking ones at that. Ever since I can remember, the flat has looked empty (yet it's in a popular area) and has had a note in the window indicating that the locks have been changed (why?). Looks like someone's finally decided to give it a new lease of life.

I was on the way to Homebase to buy more ceiling paint. After doing the third coat when I got home, it was done. The crick in my neck is fading...
