11 Years....

....4015 blips, a marathon but a good one :)

First light on a frosty beach, yes it was cold but what a magical moment! Shades of orange, yellow, purple and pink streamed along the horizon, mist rose from the sea creating an eerie feel while stars twinkled from above as the crescent of the moon was lit by the rising sun. It was one of those 'Wow' moments even though it was -3C and so nice to share with daughter E, our first sunrise together. 

Dare I say it took me two years to get from 10 years to 11 years of blips but the plus side is I've never had a winter blip birthday, I loved every minute this morning! Even better with a late sunrise, 8am, it will all change now that the shortest day has been.

There's a few in extra, it's always nice to try to show the mood of the morning and it's always hard to decide on just one :)
