Studio Life

We’re in Düsseldorf for the night, here to see Takaya (aka Burit) and finally check out the studio he’s been summering at for the last twenty odd years. And I have to say it’s impressive, not at all like the artist’s garret that I’d imagined. He’s got some great stuff on the go as usual and a few pieces will soon be winging their way to Weilheim!
Wandering back to the hotel we came across a great wee bar and had a good chat with the manageress and a couple of her regulars. It’s great when that happens!
