EB - backblip

Last Saturday we took 'Matilda' down to Gloucestershire again but goodness what a change in the weather from yesterday, FRYDAY, when we had temps of 32C.  We decided not to use the motorways in case the hauliers were demonstrating against fuel prices etc, so had a slow and trouble free journey but in pouring rain and it's very windy again.  We're staying in the lovely village of Cold Aston and our camp site is very nice with lovely open views, lots of horses and chickens about and Owls hunt along the valley just below the caravan. Downside, there's no WiFi and I can't connect my camera to my phone, so no blip today. AND now it's Sunday, weather improved slightly and after an excellent lunch at the local pub we had a meander round the village and a local walk  ...    Later I find I've somehow managed to delete all the photos I took on my camera today, grrrr and only have these two on my phone: the pony in the field next door to the caravan and bees on a huge Weigela bush.
