Reaching for the sky

The Verbena just keeps growing.  It was given to me by my friend who died 18 months ago so it reminds me of her.
Went to town to collect a prescription and went for the obligatory lemon tea and cheese scone in John Lewis.  The cafe seemed to be full of people going around in electric buggies and there was always a queue of them waiting for the lifts.
Had yoga in the instructor's garden again and the birdsong was wonderful.  A few from the group are planning to meet up at 5.30am tomorrow for a Solstice meditative walk with an optional swim in the river half way.  I am not so sure about that, but I am considering it!
