Lazy and not so Lazy

Went over to Pateley Bridge on the Sunday Dale’s bus from Otley, must be one of the most scenic bus routes in the country.
Had a lovely and fairly brisk walk along the River Nidd, good choice that l had remembered remembered it was a nice and shaded one.
First l took a photograph of the high street which still retains many features from the last two centuries.
It really had that lazy Sunday feel to it.
Resisted the charming little tea rooms, l know from experience how good the cakes are.
Got home and made myself a ploughman’s minus the crusty bread so really it was just a cheese salad:-))
