Inside and outside

None of your heatwave here for us today.  Having said that, I have to admit to preferring the cool weather to temperatures in the high 20s and 30 plus.  

It’s been a busy day with shopping this morning including a welcome coffee with Mrs P at the Hydro (my blip is the view from the coffee bar window in the Hydro).  Then Mary and I had a meeting this afternoon followed by a visit from our friends Jon and Ruth who we have known since we were all students together in the 1970s.  I was so disappointed when we had to miss going to see Hair Spray earlier on in the year, but Mary has found the film for us three to sit and watch together this evening - what a lovely surprise
