Full day. Full heart.
The morning started with our monthly prayer breakfast which was as brilliant and encouraging as ever. I impressed myself immensely for resisting the croissants as I was saving myself for brunch with musicalblips.
In a recent theme of epic, meaty, soul-filled and tear stained chats, brunch was entirely perfect. So thankful for a couple of hours of honest and inspiring chat with musicalblips. Deeply regretted the brownie at the end though. Onto the Market Hall to pop in to see Romy: Shrewsbury’s most epic designer.
This evening, in a rare turn of events, I chose not to run up a hill with the gang. I’m enjoying running far too much at the moment and know that races turn me into a manic competitor and take the fun out of it. So Niki and I formed the cheer squad for these mighty women who raced up and down the Burway like crazy idiots.
We all went for a curry afterwards, though two of us definitely hadn’t earned ours.
