It's all happening

The Community Council noticeboard is looking particularly swish just now so I thought it was worth a blip. It's so colourful in reality but I thought it looked better in B&W for the purposes of on screen clarity. Our secretary works very hard to keep the website, newsletters and noticeboards looking attractive and relevant.

Yesterday's seventh birthday went really well and the children were great. We didn't stay for a meal in the evening as the family looked as if a bit of down time was in order.

Today is a quiet day for me before we start celebrating again tomorrow. The weather has improved though still not recognisably summer. Actually it is a very recognisable Scottish summer! I've put the washing out so of course the rain has just started.
