The Three Amigos

Well, I might not have done the Great North Swim but I did do a great swim up North! I went down to the Quays and swam just over a mile and a half….3 laps of the 750m and 1 lap of the 200m. It was quite choppy as the wind was gusty, but probably not as bad as in the Lakes.

I had a walk to Ellen’s for a cuppa late afternoon and then called in on Pat on the way home as she had just finished all her golfing shenanigans.
