Bee Orchid

Was so excited to find 3 plants in the grass area we are re-wilding on the estate...  Daren't show them to too many people as they might get dug up. I have been photographing all the flowers I have found which would have been mowed in previous years and will try to make an album of them so we can see how things improve year by year. 
Have had some lovely comments from people pleased to see so many lovely wild flowers but many others are sad not to see all the lawns well manicured as they have been since the 70's.  It will be interesting to see who comes to the AGM  to talk about it  for normally there are only about 12 people out of 88 houses (and some of them are couples!).
