Walking on Water

We'd kept the kayak on top of the car, hoping for a quick trip today, and eventually managed it after tea, at about 8 o'clock. Actually a great time to go - saw loads of turtles slipping into the water off the sunny rocks as we approached, various birds, and sheep staring curiously at us, plus the gorgeous golden light. These Black Winged Stilts were flying all over and around us, squawking noisily. Our Land is hidden in a fold between the chapel and the castle.

Gratefuls:
- our Wednesday prayer walk and tuna toastie in Morango Bar
- booking our flights to England for July, mainly to help Julia and Tom with their new house
- friends lending us their car while we're there
