Back to the routine

The Jubilee weekend and my own celebrations are over so it's back to the usual routine for us.  Violet spent the day with us as she doesn't go back to school until tomorrow.  Mr MC and I concentrated on eating very little as we seemed to have eaten so much over the weekend!
The weather continues grey and miserable but I did manage to pop out and photograph some of the roses in the front garden which are flowering prolifically.  This shot shows a rose that I can't name with some of the lavender which is about to flower.
