Street Party

Today the sun shone and the sky was blue in Scotland which was very fortunate as more than 50 of our neighbours and some of their friends joined us for a very successful street party.

We are lucky to have a section of private road next to our house so with tables borrowed from the church we lined the road and everyone arrived with chairs and food and we recreated the party we held 10 years ago.

The extra shows our own grand old lady of the street - 98 years old and she walked down herself from the top of the road and was obviously enjoying herself.
