Can't cook...

...but will cook!

This is not a technically brilliant blip, or of much interest to the majority, but this is an auspicious occasion!

The divine Miss O. is cooking her first meal (I don't think boiling a bit of pasta and mixing in a ready made sauce counts).
Mr.O and I are going out for the evening to the cinema and a meal, and Miss O is cooking dinner for her boyfriend. She says it has to be from scratch as he doesn't think she can cook, and she wants to prove him wrong - he's not far wrong, but we can't tell her that!
We won't dwell on the fact that her father had to defrost the chicken and trim it (because it's too euchy!), prepare the herbs and spices, and I had to run to Asda for last minute ingredients... and I wonder who might be clearing up!
