Afternoon
A jubilee themed recital this afternoon with 1953 and earlier monarchs pieces and hence some good tunes. A commonwealth link too with the organist originally from Canada.

It reminded me what a complicated instrument an organ is to play, with both feet constantly moving in different directions in addition to playing with both hands on 2 of 3 keyboards, plus the swells etc

Nimrod was spine tingling.

A local troop of bell ringers played a number of peels at our village church, followed by the other two of the 8 West Trent Benefice churches that have more than one bell. Rolleston and Thurgaton I am told.
