Fine and dandy!

I think its safe to say i had a slight headache this morning. got in at 1am, and then up at 6am with Pete! a steady start, and two cuppa's, a sausage sarnie and i'm good to go!

took him a little walk at about half nine, a glorious morning, and very warm, a little too warm in my coat! over the fields to take my monthly pictures. on the way back, Pete stopped walking twice, i thought he was going to be ill, but managed to get him home were he immediately zonked out.

nipped out and about for a couple of hours, taking pics and food shopping with mum. when i got home, Pete wasn't himself at all, no energy, he was like a completely different dog! he slept most of the afternoon, on his bed in the sunshine, whilst i mowed the lawn. started to worry about him, even when mum came round he didn't make a fuss.

had dinner outside in the warm sunshine, and a glass of vino or two, the first al frresco meal of 2013!

Pete continued to sleep, and when he woke he hardly moved. he struggled to get up the stairs, and i carried him at one point, and laid him on my bed. i was beginning to think he'd strained himself, or at least hoping it was that and nothing more serious.

we fell asleep downtairs, and woke at midnight, he was still zombie like. sleeping again now, and hope tomorrow hes better or a visit to the vets will be on the cards.
