St Andrew’s, Malabar

Today was the funeral of one of K’s older cousins, at this light and airy 1970s church, followed by refreshments at a club overlooking the beach. The cousin and her brother grew up in old working-class Newtown and the male line is now up to the fourth generation of boxers - a 12-year-old. It’s an interesting family history, and good to catch up with everyone today.
