GSW in the rain

We had some very heavy showers today, and Mrs Woodie arrived at the peanuts while it was still coming down.  A bit later, I spotted a single juvenile goldfinch perched on the branch beside the feeder.  It did a lot of stretching of its wings, so maybe it was very newly fledged.  After a bit, it took off while my finger was on the shutter button.  
Today, we had a press release about "Initial Data of LUCIDITY Study". I'll be able to tell you more about that in a few days' time.
