A cheat but....

No allotment today as I've been glued to my computer with you-know-what, but in short snatched minutes I have had the joy of watching this little boblet* pop into the world from its egg.  This shot was stolen from the Woodland Trust webcam at Loch Arkaig at 8:24 this evening and also features Louis, the dad. Two more eggs to go.

*technical term for a newly hatched osprey, when they don't have much control of their heads and just bob a lot.
