Beer Garden Season!

A girlfriend and I got in a nice long walk this afternoon, then treated ourselves to a light dinner and a couple brews* at a favorite beer garden (which involved another walk there and back). All told we clocked more than 10km.

Now I'm waiting up for teen daughter #2 and a group of her girlfriends to get home from a concert in Köln. They are all staying overnight here, which might mean I won't get much sleep, but I really love a house full of kids, so I'm not complaining :)

*despite the claims of a certain British friend, "Brews" means beer in my world, NOT tea!
