Mrs Tom H Lewinsky

My rhododendron is currently in full bloom. I love the delicate lilac colour and the interesting marking on the petals. But I'm equally fascinated by the name: Mrs Tom H Lewinsky. Who is/was Mrs Lewinsky? Any relation to Monica? I have searched but turned up nothing.
