Art Trail
Took a wee trachle around the art installation at Taynish. Not particularly interesting plus while I like poetry quotes , why not so much as one gaelic . Argyll is the heartland of the gaelic language and while we do get statutory road signs, the language is really absent in many other ways.
I'm quite sure if that were Wales, there would be some Welsh language presence, the same applies to Ireland, yet in Scotland Nadal! Very little Doric or Scots either. This country is a cultural desert when it comes to its own history.
