Azure Damselfly

A wet and windy morning that turned into a very nice late afternoon.
I spent most of the day playing a new extension to Space Base with my husband. He's been waiting for a wet day so we could work through the new pack with me before introducing it to his board games playing mates. It's one of my favourite games at the moment. 

I had an appointment at Halton hospital later in the afternoon and dropped in for a short walk at Spike Island on the way home. By this time it had really brightened up and wasn't so windy. 
There were not many birds around, but I did find the odd damselfly by the canal with this one sitting nicely for me.
