Wound up in Wexford

Just a few of our succulents

The car is mainly packed, ready for an early start tomorrow.  Several large pot plants from the garden, two boxes of assorted bottles of booze, and this box of succulents.

Several of these have memories - created from cuttings, some of which *may* have been smuggled in from foreign parts.  They're going up to Edinburgh in the first instance, but a few of them may make it across the Irish Sea in the not too far distant future.

We've been better organised about the fruit and veg buying this time - when we left for Sweden just over a month ago, we had quite a lot of left over veggies, which we gave to our neighbour.  This time, the veg drawers are empty.  There's some grapes and naartjies (South African term for any small orange such as a tangerine) as a healthy alternative to chocolate and crisps in our padkos.
