Last Minutes and Lost Evenings

Spending my final weekend in Rwanda exploring Gisenyi, a small town and tourist destination on the border with DRC and perched on the shore of Lake Kivu. It's not exaggeration to say that this is the most beautiful place I've ever been - this photo shows the view when we woke up this morning. It's now evening, and the fishermen are out again in boats three abreast, singing songs as they row and the sun goes down.

All in all, there are worse ways to spend a final weekend, and I'm glad I finally took the time to jump on a bus and come out here.
