Sainsburys

Today we visited the Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts at the UEA in Norwich.  They currently have an exhibition of Picasso's early work which we wanted to see, and which was very interesting.  It showed how he was influenced by some of his contemporary artists and friends and also how his distinctive styles in his later career started to develop.  We'd not visited the Centre before and it is well worth a visit; the free exhibitions had lots of things to see including sculptures by Henry Moore and Giacometti, and also this more modern and humorous piece.
