The Big City

Look, it’s not a great photo.  You know that, and so do I.  But it was a good day.  We had a trip into Norwich using the Park and Ride to do a bit of shopping and it felt almost like things were normal again.  We had lunch out; pasta for W and a pizza for me, with a glass of wine sitting indoors at a table with other people around!  We haven’t done that since way before Christmas.  We went into small and large shops (where we used to live the town centre only had the big chain stores, no small individual ones) and we bought a few things for the house.  The weather wasn’t great but we were indoors a lot of the time so it didn’t really matter.  We’re looking forward to another visit soon to do some of the ‘arty’ things; galleries, museums etc.
