. . . and asparagus

So you arrive back after being away to find eggs that need using and other stuff, like potatoes, asparagus and tomatoes, that have been left in the fridge. So the chef cooks up a delicious frittata. Then his assistant goes out and finds salad leaves and creates a fine salad . . . 

Now I am waiting for a Women's Prize for Fiction Shortlist Festival to begin, the first of three online sessions this week. Glass of wine at the ready!
