Entangled

Went to our orienteering club's introductory event in an Ipswich park this afternoon to try to record some of the activity. Not easy as they were interspersed with "normal" people enjoying the green space on a beautiful day & it was difficult to predict where the action would be. As usual, I was distracted by the wildlife, & by the twisted branches of the huge holm oak I was standing under for shade. It looks as if the oak has been pollarded, quite high up, at some stage in its life, & the resulting new branches had difficulty in finding their way! Some other shots in the extra..
